* 6’6” F/C Arthur Minkonda of Henri Laurens 2021 (ABA France U18)

Listed at 6’6” but looks about 6’7”+ — rare in today’s game. Can guard 1-5, but could struggle with real physical bigs. Pretty good passer out of the pinch post, but does tend to sit on the elbow and wait for the guards to develop a play with false motion. Decent at rolling to the rim, but more aggressiveness could help. Only 2021 prospect with real upside. Should be on some D1 radars, especially if he gets stronger, develops a consistent jump shot, and utilizes his left hand.

*6’3 PG Michael Mitchell of Archbishop Mitty (Oakland Soldiers EYBL 16u)

– Fundamental sound guard who controls the game. Very patient and effective in the pick and roll. Has good balance on floaters and runners. Can dissect defenses and presses with heads up passing ability. Has good range and three- point shooting ability…MM/MM+

6’1” Taft Mitchell of Orem HS 2020 (Utah Mountain Stars)

Sneaky quick with a great one and two dribble pull up. Very dangerous going to his right but a step slow going to his left. Fairly good shooter who can bring up the ball and facilitate, but can also space the floor and score. Good defender with a decent motor. Needs to box out better.

*6’2 PG Jordan Montgomery of Rancho Christian HS 2020 (WCE Marx)

Crafty guard. Quick and strong. Good change of speed. Plays with passion. Slightly more of a Combo than a Point.  Solid all-around guard. Solid defensively, not elite, but will bother guys who aren’t true PGs. D1.

5’9 PG Adrian Moore of Sunnyslope HS 2020 (Power House Hoops Central)

– Composed guard who can run a team. Can stop and pop from three and mid-range. Gets good elevation on jumper.

5’8 CG Dangelo Moore of Bremerton HS 2022 (Total Package 16u)

– Quick first step and gets to the rim. Not afraid to finish at the basket. Moves well off the ball and changes speeds to get open. Will knock down jumpers coming off screens.

6’0 PG Malik Moore of Oaks Christian HS 2022 (Team Build Up 16u)

– Crafty young point guard who impacts the game by getting to the middle of the defense to draw defenders and find teammates. Really shifty player that gets by guys. Defensively can pick players up full court and get under guys.

6’8” C/F Zama Molgaard Angel of John Forrest Secondary 2019 (RAW Hoops Australia)

Great touch around the rim. Able to finish with both hands. Rolls well. Physical around the rim. Hits first on both ends of the floor. Good rebound. Not a great athlete. Fundamental.

6’8 PF Zachariah Morgan of Pueblo HS 2021 (Drill for Skill Spartans)

6’2 CG Brett Moss of Tigard HS 2021 (Rose City Basketball 16u Red)

– Player with high motor, plays hard and attacks the basket. Tough gritty player that does a little bit of everything for the team. Really physical defender who’s not afraid to bang with the bigs…

*6’5 SG Hayden Moser of Catalina Foothills HS 2021 (Foothills 17U)

– Shooter with extended range. Sprints out in transition really well for open threes. Will pull up off the dribble. Scores the ball well… D2

* 6’4” CG Damilola Mosaku of Rancocas Valley Regional HS 2020 (Tokyo Samurai 17u)

Long with a wiry frame. Athletic. Could and should play more above the rim on offense and rebounding, but does not. Really long and explosive first step. Gets in the key nearly effortlessly. Can pass with both hands, although much more accurate with his right. Finishes really well around the rim. Does have a tendency to keep the ball in transition on driving opportunities rather than kick it out, but does pass up the ball if the teammate is ahead. Defensively, very good shot blocker with good timing. Covers ground fast and turns his hips well to sprint back into position when he gets beat. D1- Low Major potential, with a good upside for more, but needs to keep developing.

6’0 PG Naser Motley of O’Dea HS 2022 (WA Swarm 2021-2022)

Guards multiple positions defensively. Has a lot of raw potential and tools that could be molded. LM/D2+

6’3 PF Justin Musselmann of Brophy College Preparatory 2022 (Arizona Dream)

 – He’s a good scrappy player.  Lives on the glass, on both sides.  Very active…NAIA

* 6’3” SG David Mutabazi of Pinetree Secondary School 2022 (Panther Hoops Elite)

Shooter with size and length. Could be a solid 3 & D guy by the end of high school. Huge upside given his age and that he just recently started organized basketball. Moves well without the ball. Can try and force a little bit too often, but that’s what inexperience will do.

.

6’4” W Ramses Nabong of Foothill HS 2021 (Vegas Elite 16u Henderson)

-Good slashing wing with size. Absorbs contact well. Good motor. Defends multiple positions. Moves well without the ball. Fundamental face-up game… D2/D3

6’0” PG Anay Nagarajan of St. Francis HS 2021 (BMG Academy 16u Black)

Strong guard that does extremely well in the key. Seems to finish everything on drives. Smart player. Physical and tough. Good motor. Good on ball defender. Size could be a concern at the next level, so shot has to be more consistent with deeper range. Will also need to get stronger for collegiate basketball. D2/D3.

*6’4 G/W Ryan Nagle of The Bishop’s School 2020 (WCE LA Martin)

– Has jump out the gym athleticism that he uses to chase down put back dunks, boards and get after loose balls. Defensively, can guard multiple positions in the half court and open court. 6’0 SG Juan Nascimento of Centro Internacional De Educao Integrada 2022 (Team Klun Brasil 16U)

– Athlete. Gets to the rim with physicality. Team player. Competes on both ends of the floor. Dog on defense. Finishes well. Great upside… D2/D3

6’5 SG Aidan Nasser of La Serna HS 2022 (Team Beast)

– Extremely active guard that gets after it on both ends of the floor. Aggressive on the glass. Attacks the basket with a purpose. Gets to the line well. Needs to improve jumper. Good upside… D3

6’1 SG Jarren Neal of Dessert Edge HS 2019 (Team Phoenix Elite)

– Plays really hard, runs in transition and shoots the midrange. Good motor and will put his head down and go to the basket.

* 5’11” PG Jailen Nelson of Carlsbad HS 2020 (WCE SD 17u Keenan)

Quick guard that runs the team well. Complete point guard on both ends of the floor. Makes good decisions in the open court and in the lane. Finds his guys but also knows when to rack it. Crafty. Good on ball defender. Needs to continue to get stronger this year. High D2 caliber talent.

6’2” SG Mason Nelson of Lakeridge HS 2020 (Oregon Basketball Club 17u Gold)

Pure form shooter that spaces the floor well. Runs to the corners in transition. Very good shooter with space. Very good one-two dribble shooter as well. Seeks his shots a bit too much and does not use his body great on defense. Seems as if his offense motivates his defense, as he plays good and active defense after made shots. Does need to work on conditioning as well as his energy drops quickly on the floor, which could affect his shot as well, and his defensive motor. D3 caliber with room for growth, but definitely could play collegiately.

6’6 SF Kiahn Nice of Sequoia HS 2021 (Team Elite 17U)

– Athletic forward with long arms that gets out in transition quickly. Finishes well. Active on the glass. Bothers his opponents with his length. Good upside… D3/D2

* 6’1” CG Samuel Noland of Tualatin HS 2020 (Oregon Basketball Club 17u Gold)

Listed as a PG but has the ability to play both guard positions. Plays bigger than his size and embraces contact well on drives. Can score on all three levels and is extremely efficient at getting to the key. Physical. Finds his gaps on drives like a running back. His ability to shoot and come off screens opens a lot up. Needs to increase his explosiveness. D2/D3 caliber talent.

6’3 SF Chinecherem Nwanevu of Norco HS 2019 (Eastvale Panthers)

– Guard that competes on both ends of the floor. Agitates opponents on the ball with his length. Good passing instincts. Quick in transition… NAIA/D3

6’8” PF Ebanehita Obetoh of British Columbia Christian Academy 2019 (Panther Hoops Elite)

Long, athletic forward. Gets up and down the floor faster than most guards. Very good rebounder, good midrange shooter (albeit with an awkward release), and very good around the rim. Can guard near any position on the floor. Still raw on both ends on the floor, so likely a candidate to re-class and prep to 2020.

*5’11 PG Bennett O’Connor of Mount Si HS 2022 (Team Lavine 17u Gold)

– Solid point guard who really dictates the team’s offense. Very composed and could play at different speeds. Pushes the break hard and makes plays on the run. Finds teammates and gets to the basket… D2/D1

5’9 PG Preston Ochoa-Lipshultz of La Costa Canyon HS 2022 (West Coast Flight 2022)

– Smart guard that gets his team organized. Cuts into open spots. Sees the next pass. Quick. Finishes well at the rim. Has good feel for the game… D3

* 6’2” CG Refuge Oghomiernor of British Columbia Christian 2021 (Panther Hoops Elite)

Makes an immediate impact on the game on both ends of the floor. His handles need to be tightened a bit, but he gets to the rim efficiently and if you anticipate a drive, he will knock down threes. A very complete game without too much unnecessary dribbles. Defensively he may struggle with big, physical players, but he will do a great job guarding all perimeter positions. Does have a tendency to watch and focus on his man too often and forget the weak-side defense. Does have room for growth but would not be surprised to see him at a D1 MM or higher.

*6’6” CG JalaiO’Keith of Foothill Christian HS 2020 (WCE-17u Haupt/Dunn)

-Long combo guard that can scan the court well. Good athlete. Rebounds well for position. Needs to increase motor. Low-Major/D2

6’8 C Kaden Pierce of James Logan HS 2020 (Team United Basketball)

– Bulky big that rim runs with a purpose. Strong interior game. Bullies opponents. Finishes through contact and over the top of defenders. Good feel for the game… D2

*6’7 F Tanner Poeschl of Skyline HS 2020 (Legion of Hoops White 17u)

– Good stretch forward that bothers shots at the rim and has good touch around the basket. Although not being bulky, still commands an offense from the post. Could develop into a nice versatile player… D2

6’2” PG Alexandros Polychronopoulous of Archbishop Mitty HS 2021 (Team Elite 16u)

-Left handed PG with very good feel. Good playmaker, crafty. Defends passing lanes well. Needs some work on outside shot… D3

* 6’0” PG Jesse Pollock of Guildford Grammar School 2019 (RAW Hoops Australia)

A complete PG for the right level. Can shoot the ball and light it up (hit 4 threes in a half). Talks on both ends of the floor. One of the first guys to praise teammates, coachable, great leadership on the floor. Runs the team, good passer, sees the floor. Not athletic. Not a good rebounder. Although he does struggle guarding quick PG, he does nearly everything else right. He knows not to overly pressure quick PG on defense, although his stance in on-ball defense is slightly flat, which gives up driving angles. D3.

*6’4 CG Isaiah Pope of Orange Lutheran 2019 (OC Pride Red)

– Big guard that can get to the basket and finish creatively. Has good composure and ability to find guys. Will take smaller guards to the post. Can shoot the ball and has a knack for scoring… D2

-crafty playmaking guard that can score in waves. Nice pull-up jumper. High motor… Low D1

6’5” F Dayne Prim of Grandview HS 2019 (Hess Elite Colorado)

Can guard all 5 positions. Long and athletic. Attacks the rim extremely well and physically. Plays hard and has a solid motor- on both ends of the floor. Does not want to place the ball in his left hand. Good pick and pop player. Attacks bad closeouts and shoots against short close-outs.

5’9 PG Khalid Prince of Mountain Pointe HS 2019 (Legion of Hoops White 17u)

– Quick guard that will penetrate and put pressure on defense. Fairly decent shot and ability to distribute and play off teammates

6’0 SG Joey Pupillo of Chandler Preparatory Academy 2021 (Powerhouse Hoops 16u Red)

– Can really shoot the ball. Great moving off the ball in the half court to find set shots. Sprints to corners in transition and knocks down threes. Plays very hard on both ends of the floor.

6’0 G Garrett Pyle of Poway HS 2021 (WCE SD Tate)

– Shooter. Can really get it going from deep. Starting to become consistent since last spring. Competes on both ends of the floor. Great teammate… D2

* 6’5” SF Tyler Powell of Ribet Academy 2021 (Team Why Not 16u)

Huge for his position and age. Was solid scoring on all three levels in Spring but did not show the same consistency now. Can defend 1-5. High motor. Smooth. MM prospect with a ceiling that has yet to be reached. Strength and athleticism separate him from many other forwards his age. If skill set gets honed, would play HM ball.

6’1” PG Charlie Powers of Kamiak HS 2020 (D1 Elite 17u Washington)

Coming in averaging 20+ ppg in high school this year,  showed his pure PG skills. Aside from his great ability to hit shots and quickly fill it up, his ability to see the open man are definitely elite. He talks on defense and plays aggressively on both ends of the floor. Good pace with the ball. Leader on the floor. Tough player. Super crafty guard. Stocky and uses his frame decently. Has a knack for making the right offensive play every time. Can use either hand and score on all levels, while also getting others involved. Truly a unique prospect. D2-D3, but the sky’s the limit still.

5’11” PG Andrew Ramirez of Ventura HS 2020 (WCE Santa Barbara 17u)

Good set shooter. Pushes the ball well in transition. Plays more physical than he looks. Right hand dominant for playmaking and struggles at times against elite athletic pressure.

* 6’0” PG Lian Ramiro of Grandview HS 2020 (Hess Elite Colorado)

Good footwork in the paint. Can score on all three levels. Uses angles and pivots well. Agile. Pushes the ball and plays with pace. Good balance.

6’5” G/F Elijah Randall of San Marcos HS 2020 (WCE SD 17u Keenan)

High motor, high activity player. Listed as a guard but skill set matches a forward. Very good around the rim. Keeps balls alive. Makes the extra pass. Good floor presence. Does a little of everything. Always around the ball on defense and a proficient rebounder. D2/D3.

5’11” PG Abraham Rangel of Centennial HS 2022 (Arizona Hype)

Good on-floor presence. Really, really quick with the ball and gets the ball up the court well. Uses his body well on drives to get to his spots. Pass first guard that can and should be way more aggressive on offense and defense. He could be disruptive on the ball (defensively) but just does not utilize it enough- but he is only going into his sophomore year of high school.

6’5” PF Tobias Raymond of Anacap Middle 2023 (OGP Kings 15U Live Grey)

-Young forward with some size that can do some things in the paint. Has some potential to be a prospect if he continues to grow and develop. Capable midrange shooter.

* 6’3” SG Jackson Reisner of Burlington Edison 2020 (D1 Elite 17u Washington)

Can really light it up from downtown. Quick and high release with solid rotation. D1 level (long-range) shooter with good size for the position, with room to improve before making a D1 roster. Talks on defense, but not the fastest reactions on the weak side defense. High IQ. Tough player. Not great at putting it on the floor. Ok defender, ok rebounder for his size. D2.

6’4” F John Reitenback of Edison 2020 (Port City 17u)

Physical forward that attacks the rim relentlessly. Drive first, face up, undersized forward. Effective around the pinch post. Good shot blocker on the weak side. Shows the ball slightly too often on drives, so it can be poked out. Motor needs some refining. Does struggle against length. D2/D3.

6’1” G Jose Reyes Jr. of AC Davis Senior HS (Seattle Stars 16u)

-Smart, 2-way lead guard. Nice stroke from the outside. Good handle and decent burst.

6’3” SG Brandon Richards of Inglewood HS 2020 (Truth OC 16u)

Good feel for the game on both ends of the floor. Decent motor. Screens away and slips. Good shooter when feet are set. Decent size for a guard and good length. Defensively needs to exert himself more, as he could be a lockdown player  if he wanted, and that coupled with his three point ability could help him gain some attention next year. D3.

6’6” PF Brandon Richards of Windward School 2021 (Team Why Not 16u)

Physical and plays hard. Faces up in midrange with a solid looking shot. Second jump isn’t great but positions well. Good around the rim. Understands his role well. Good reaction and feel for the game. D1.

6’9” C Kyson Rose of Kamiakin HS 2020 (Boise Slam – J Sanor)

Strong forward. Good size and mobility. Does not shy away from contact. Active on both end of the floor. Commands a double team on the block. Not a great P&R defender. Not the greatest rebounding instincts, but does box out. Should round out to a good D2 prospect, with the potential to play LM D1 basketball.

– Gritty guard that is extremely active defensively. Likes to bother guys and is aggressive offensively. Has a pull up jumper and is balanced driving to the basket. Good young prospect.

5’11” SG Damascus Sanders of Bonita Vista HS 2021 (OC Magic 17u)

A pest on defense. Turns guys over. Gets in passing lanes. Covers a lot of ground fast. Note an elite vertical athlete, but very good laterally. Limited ball handling skill- does not look overly comfortable with the ball in his hands, unless he is in “attack mode”. Good set shot but with a low release point. D3/D2

* 5’11” PG DJ Sanders of Bonita Vista HS 2021 (OC Magic 17u)

Really fast going downhill. Gets to the rim in transition. Will attack ball screens for a 1-2 pull up. Ok shooter off the dribble. Good defender with good weak-side help concepts. Recovers just ok on defense- needs more motor. D2/D3.

* 6’4” SG Donovan Sanor of Meridian HS 2020 (Boise Slam – J Sanor)

Sneaky athlete who elevates above the crowd in transition. Attacks the rim well. Shoots it well, with distance. Good rotation on the ball but at times a slow release. Plays both guard positions and has decent size to do so. Intriguing prospect. His offensive motor is great; the defensive motor is has vastly improved from the spring. Needs to play harder defensively every position and bring energy. Definitely has D1 talent with good upside given his ability to score and his size.

6’4 SF Ciri Sawyers of San Leandro HS 2020 (SF Soldiers 17U)

 – He has a really good-looking stroke on his jumper.  Very aggressive to the basket, attacks downhill.  Solid finisher.  Has a decent jump hook. Fiery competitor…D2

*5’10 PG Aidan Sevilla of Dougherty Valley HS 2021 (West Coast Elite NorCal 2021 Lai)

– Quick guard with great touch around the rim. ‘Twitchy’ handle and has fantastic deceleration for quick pulls. Plays well off of ball-screens and zips his passes to the open man. Confident shooter. Good leader. Unselfish… D2/D3

5’11” PG Adam Sevier of Poway 2020 (WCE SD 17u Keenan)

Does not pass the eye test initially, so some may pass on him, but he is much quicker and more athletic than he looks. Good shot and ability to make plays for others. Sees the floor well and knows how to set up teammates. Good passer. Gets in the key well and finds open guys. Could be a late D2 pickup.

* 6’3” G Kenneth Simpson Jr of Chaminade 2021 (Team Why Not 16u)

One of the best rebounding guards on the West Coast. High motor player. Good feel for the game but can force a few layups and favors the right hand. Athlete that can attack the rim well. Needs to improve his jump shot, but his agility when attacking the rim and his ability to see the floor well make him an interesting prospect with a really high ceiling. No question a D1 talent, but the question is still what level.

6’5” F Evan Skeoch of Perry HS 2020 (Legion of Hoops Black)

-Good size with a stroke from the outside and decent athlete in transition… D3/NAIA

-Crafty young guard that can shoot from the outside. Penetrates and finishes in traffic well. Good competition and decent defender.

6’5” Trevon Snoddy of Skyridge HS 2020 (Utah Mountain Stars)

Seeks his shot a bit too much but has a great stroke and the ability to post up smaller defenders. Moves well on defense and pressures the ball. D 2

6’5” SG Justin Stanziano of Thousand Oaks HS 2020 (WCE Santa Barbara 17u)

Great size for a shooter. Spaces the floor. Knows his role. His teammates look for him and set screens on weak side to get him open. Puts the ball on the floor well against aggressive closeouts. Decent passer, but not great. Not an athlete. Fundamental. Needs to “get after it” more on defense.

5’8” PG Morris Stokes of Bonita Vista HS 2021 (OC Magic 17u)

Quick guard. Does a great job attacking bad close outs. Does a good job on the ball but sometimes gives too much room to turn the corner guarding the ball in P&R defense. D3.

6’2” G Nathanial Talich of Cheyenne Central HS 2022 (Rocky Mountain Fever 15u Black)

Strong guard that takes it to the rim very aggressively. Good in transition. Does favor the drive much more than a shot, and favors his right hand, so there is still room for growth. Solid one-two dribble jumpers going to his left.

– Aggressive guard that finishes through contact. Competes on both ends of the floor. Gets downhill quickly. Defends well… D3/NAIA

6’1” PG Jordan Taylor of Etiwanda HS 2021 (WCE LA 16u Girley)

Physically advanced and has broad shoulders. Attacks well and hard, however, only really goes right. When he goes left he still tries to get it to his right hand. Good defender and can really disrupt the ball. Good in transition and covers ground fast. Good rebounder for position. D2/D3.

5’5 PG Jeremiah Tejuco of Archbishop Riordan HS 2022 (SF Soldiers 15U)

Can score from all three levels of the floor. Can change speeds with the ball very well and gets to the rim but struggles around length and size. Athletic. Good elevation on his shot. Can fill up the box score. Plays with immense passion, but need to control it. Hitting the bench after playing bad is not a good look. D2/D3.

-Crafty guard who can score and break down a defense. Good finisher with both hands… NAIA

* 6’9” PF Bryce Warrecker of Santa Barbara HS 2020 (WCE Santa Barbara 17u)

Offensively a skilled, stretch 4, that can also play inside. Does a good job using physical play to get to his spots on drives. Can also space out the floor and hit threes. Not a great rebounder and overall not extremely mobile for his position. Could struggle guarding undersized, quick forwards. Struggles guarding the pick and roll, but will battle if big bodies try to seal him on the block. Good upside, just needs a motor and to have more of a defensive and rebounding impact on the game to be a bona fide D1 prospect.

Needs to move the ball quicker if not attacking– ball tends to stick in his hand for a second or two before he makes a choice. Solid length and frame. If he continues to grow and get stronger, while improving some mid range and perimeter skill, could be an intriguing prospect.
